The CJC-1295 without DAC + Ipamorelin combination blend pairs a GHRH analog with a selective growth hormone secretagogue for synergistic GH release research. CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) activates GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, while Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor on the same cells. These two receptors utilize complementary intracellular signaling cascades — GHRH-R via cAMP/PKA and GHS-R1a via calcium/PKC — that converge to produce amplified GH release significantly greater than either peptide alone.
