Description
CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF) is a synthetic GHRH analog consisting of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four amino acid substitutions (positions 2, 8, 15, and 27) designed to resist enzymatic degradation by DPP-IV. Without the Drug Affinity Complex, this variant has a shorter half-life of approximately 30 minutes, which preserves the natural pulsatile pattern of GH release. This makes it more physiologically relevant for studying normal GH secretion dynamics compared to the DAC version. CJC-1295 without DAC acts on GHRH receptors (GHRH-R) on pituitary somatotroph cells, stimulating cAMP-dependent pathways that promote GH synthesis and release. It is frequently studied in combination with GHS-R agonists like Ipamorelin for synergistic GH release. Supplied as a lyophilized powder. For research use only.
