Description

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a critical coenzyme found in every living cell, serving as an essential cofactor in hundreds of metabolic redox reactions and as a substrate for key signaling enzymes including sirtuins (SIRT1-7), poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs), and CD38/CD157 ectoenzymes. NAD+ plays a central role in cellular energy metabolism, DNA repair, gene expression regulation, and calcium signaling.
